Returns & Exchanges Policy
We get it — sometimes the drip just isn’t right. No worries, we’ve got you covered (well, sort of). Here’s the lowdown:
🚨 Return Window: You’ve got 7 days from the day your package lands to decide if you want to send it back. Make sure it’s in the same condition you got it — unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging (tags still attached). If it looks like it’s been on a night out, it’s not coming back.
⛔ No Returns on These:
Sale items: All sales final, no take-backs.
Custom orders: If we made it just for you, it’s yours to keep.
📦 Return Shipping:
You’re responsible for shipping costs on returns. We’ll send you the address once you initiate a return request.
In rare cases (like if we messed up or the item arrived damaged), we got you — DRIPTOMYLOU will cover the shipping. Just email us with photos, and we’ll sort it out.
💸 Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer you store credit if you prefer. This usually takes 5-7 business days after we get the item back.
Need a different size or style? Let us know, and we’ll hook you up with an exchange if we’ve got it in stock.
🛑 Got Issues? If your item shows up looking busted, hit us up with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
